Eligibility for Refund
Return Request: To qualify for a refund, you must initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving your order. This can be done by contacting me at [email address] with your order details and reason for return.
Condition of Items: The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. I reserve the right to deny a refund if the item(s) show signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
Custom or personalized orders
Digital downloads
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards
Refund Process
Approval: Once your return request is approved, I will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all return shipping costs. I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery without prior authorization.
Exchanges
