HAPPY COLLECTORS

“Crosstown,” a 30” x 40” canvas reproduction, was among the highlights of my solo exhibition, *KALEIDOSCOPE: A Holiday Display of Artwork by Monti Sharp*, held on December 4, 2022, in my hometown of Monroe, Louisiana. The event was a truly enriching experience, allowing me to connect with new faces, forge fresh friendships, reunite with familiar ones, and celebrate our shared love for art.

I’m thrilled to share that numerous works from the show, including “Crosstown,” found their way into the homes of collectors. This piece, a giclée reproduction of a larger original oil painting, vividly encapsulates the dynamic pulse of a New York City street. It holds a special place in my heart, and I hope it continues to inspire and delight its new owners for years to come.
